We have not raised our vendor space rental fees in several years.

Please Note:We cannot estimate the size of our crowd. 
That's a question we cannot answer, as each event is for a different cause

vendor space rentals are non-refundable and are donations to the charity
Our festivals are rain or shine. Should the festival be cancelled for reasons 
we cannot control, your space rental dollars go to the charity nevertheless

Set up time is no earlier than 11 a.m.

due to insurance and liability concerns of all involved in our festivals, no set-ups the 
night before and the field must be cleared immediately after the last band leaves the stage.

We are not permitted to allow anyone to remain at 
the field in the absence of an association representative, 
nor are there camping facilities on the grounds.

We are bound by conditions set forth by our insurance company

Spaces are 10 ft. by 10 ft.
Bring a tent and a cooler if you wish
-no glass bottles, pets or grills permitted on or around the grounds
(grill exception only for food vendor who will be placed in a separate area) 
Be sure to bring your own table and chair(s)
and extension cords if you have to use electricity. 
electricity availability is limited and is first come basis

To protect our donor's grass and to keep it nice for the community sports 
organizations, cars must be unloaded and then parked in the nearby lot.

You may rent as many spaces as you wish. You will be issued a pass at the concert. 
If you require a helper to vend, you will be issued a pass for that person. Remember 
that this is a charity event, there is a limit one free helper pass per table rented

FEE: $30.00 for a 10x10 ft. square area. You can rent multiple areas. Additional areas are $25.00 per space. You must provide your own table/tables, and chairs, extension cords, etc. Please make sure you state how many areas you wish on your application. Electricity is available on a limited basis. Please note required use of electricity on the application

DEADLINE: we must have received your mailed in or online application for deposit and checks cleared by July 12th. We will accept vendors on a first-come, first-served basis. No drive-ins on the day of the show. 

PUBLICITY:This event will be highly publicized far in advance, and close to the event date in published media, radio, tv, and posted on music, travel and community resource guide websites. 

GENERAL INFO:
FEES: Fee for vendor spaces is $30.00 for the day,  for a 10x10 square foot area. Additional spots $25.00. An accepted application is a committment to show up. No refunds will be made,this is a charity benefit. There will be no exceptions. Fees remain the same whether a vendor is vending for the whole event or part of the day. Smaller spaces are not available. You may bring a tent for shade and to protect against bad weather.

We will provide your concert pass/bracelet at the gate. If you ordered online, please bring a copy of your paypal receipt in the unlikely event that we have no record of receiving it. You will not be admitted if your name is not on our list or if you do not have documentation that you've made the online reservation.  Free admission is allowable to you and one helper per table, as designated on your application form. If you do not need a helper in attendance, or one is not designated on your form, you will not receive an extra pass

RENTED SPACES: All participants must provide, and are responsible for their own equipment; Stands, structures, tables. the Scranton/Wilkes Barre Blues Association/Endless Mountains Blues Fest, and the owner/s of the venue and grounds will not be held responsible for theft or damage to your merchandise. If you wish, you should insure your merchandise before the show. 

Displays cannot extend beyond 10' X 10'. All empty boxes, etc. must be stored under your table and out of sight, for safety and aesthetic reasons.  We prefer that you use a table covering for eye appeal and to hide empty boxes. You are required to unload and move your car to the parking areas. No vendor vehicles, loading or otherwise, will be permitted to remain on the concert grounds to protect the grass and attendees.

VENDOR RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
*read carefully: your signature on the application form is an acceptance of these rules

- Set up time is no earlier than 11 a.m. except for food vendors.
please do not hound the organizers to make exceptions, thanks!

-The exhibitor's table must be open and staffed during all show hours

-Exhibitors must not interfere with adjacent vendor spaces in any way. cords, rope, wire, etc. must be placed behind or under your table and away from traffic. 

-Political campaigners or activists are not accepted. We are non-profit and non-political. Merchandise or service marketers may not solicit or approach guests during our festival. This will be strictly enforced.  Guests are not to be approached or solicited during our event.

-Set-up: Vendors may begin to set up two hours before the start of the concert, (11 a.m.) and be ready to sell when the concert begins. You must unload your goods and drop them into your space as quickly as possible, and remove your vehicle from the concert area to the parking area before setting up. Info on your space will be available when you arrive at the event. 

-Take-down: Vendor tables and merchandise displays must be dismantled and ready to load before vehicles are brought into the exhibit area.

-Exhibitors are responsible for their own trash removal. Please leave the area as clean as you found it and take any unwanted materials out with you or pop into a trash receptacle on the grounds or into the dumpster

-Insurance, if desired, must be purchased at the exhibitor's own expense.The Scranton/Wilkes Barre Blues Association, Endless Mountains Blues Fest, and our sponsoring venue are not responsible for damage or theft of your merchandise.

-Exhibitors are responsible for collecting any applicable local taxes on their merchandise.

General Festival Guidelines

-The Endless Mountains Blues Fest, Scranton/Wilkes Barre Blues Association,volunteer staff, Elmhurst Township, or their representatives, and Security Personel reserve the right to relocate or dismiss any participant,attendee or vendor for unacceptable behavior,attending the festival without a pass or identifying bracelet, under-age possession or use of alcoholic beverages,vendors selling unacceptable merchandise at the festival. This is a family oriented event. 

No drug paraphernalia or items promoting or glamourizing drug use will be permitted to be sold, nor will items displaying vulgarity,nudity,or any type of bigotry or prejudice. Behavior related to the above by attendees will also not be tolerated.
