Vendor Spaces: 10x10 ft. - $30.00 per space.
Additional spaces are $25.00 each

This area must be filled in to be accepted as a vendor Describe your merchandise or services in detail. Items that are not considered appropriate for display at a family-friendly event will not be permitted (any item drug-related or prejudiced against any race or ethnic background, political-related goods, anything containing vulgarity or nudity). we do check. Your name and name of (1) one helper only per table- who will be entering the vendor area or staffing your table with you at the show. No one will be admitted to the festival grounds without either a free admission pass, bracelet, or a purchased admission. One free pass per table rented for a helper. In addition, the applicant(s), do expressly release the Scranton/Wilkes Barre Blues Association Festival/Endless Mountains Blues Fest and sponsoring venue, Elmhurst Township, and their assigns from all liability for injury, damage or loss to persons or property. If accepted, we understand the enclosed entry fee shall not be refunded in the event that I/we do not attend or if all or part of the show is cancelled due to fire, calamity or any other act of God, public enemy, strikes, statutes or ordinances or any legal authority or any cause beyond the control of the Blues Association/Venue. I/We hereby agree to the enforcement of all rules and regulations of the show as set forth in this application. I understand that there are NO REFUNDS.
